Terms & Conditions

Clear, transparent, and legally sound terms governing access to the DucktiDuck Human Intelligence Platform.

1. Overview of Services

DucktiDuck Technologies Inc. ("DucktiDuck", "we", "us", or "our") provides an early-stage Human Intelligence Platform that enables subject matter experts to participate in structured teaching sessions and enables enterprise AI teams to access verified human reasoning workflows for model evaluation and alignment. By accessing our website, platform, or early access programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Early Access & Account Responsibilities

Access to certain DucktiDuck teaching interfaces and enterprise evaluation datasets is currently provided on an invitation or custom-agreement basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete professional information during onboarding.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and workspace access keys.
  • Use our platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Rights

We believe in clean, transparent ownership boundaries designed for modern AI workflows:

  • Customer & Enterprise Data: Enterprise customers retain full ownership of any proprietary prompts, evaluation schemas, or custom instructions submitted to our platform under custom enterprise agreements.
  • Contributor Submissions: When domain experts contribute reasoning sessions under our contributor program, intellectual property assignment and reward terms are governed by explicit contributor agreements entered prior to session participation.
  • Platform Infrastructure: DucktiDuck retains all right, title, and interest in and to our core software interfaces, verification algorithms, and platform architecture.

4. Billing & Paddle Merchant Terms

DucktiDuck partners with authorized merchant of record providers, including Paddle, to securely process payments for platform access and custom agreements. Where applicable, Paddle serves as the Merchant of Record for platform subscription transactions. Refund policies, billing disputes, and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You expressly agree not to use DucktiDuck to:

  • Submit malicious code, automated scraping requests, or unauthorized automated interactions to our teaching interfaces.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying mechanics of our verification systems.
  • Submit content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contains unlawful material.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DucktiDuck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for rigorous verification and high-signal quality, DucktiDuck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our platform during early access evaluation.

7. Modifications & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time as our early-stage platform evolves toward wider enterprise availability. If you have questions concerning these Terms, please contact our legal and support team at hello@ducktiduck.tech or visit our Contact Page.
